EPConsult Energies has been entrusted by ADGAS to support them with its strategic Flaring and Emissions Reduction Project (FER). A team of multi-disciplinary engineers and consultants have delivered the following studies, performed under contract with Technip:
- Health, Safety and Environmental Impact Assessment Study (HSEIA)
- Reliability, Availability and Maintainability Study (RAM)
- Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA)
The above three studies performed for the FEED phase of the project, supports the ADGAS Management Team in assuring that:
- HSE is compliant with the COPs and that identified assessed risks are ALARP
- RAM availability targets are met and adequate spares, logistics and maintenance provisions are identified
- Economics have been run for the life of the project to select the optimum operations/maintenance scenario
